Creator Agreement

1. Creator Eligibility

To become a creator on SignMyProfile, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Have a verified Steam account
• Have a verified email address
• Provide accurate identity and payment information
• Have an established presence in gaming/esports/content creation
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

2. Creator Responsibilities

As a creator, you agree to:

• Deliver signatures as described in your service offerings
• Complete orders within the specified delivery timeframe
• Maintain professional and respectful communication with clients
• Provide high-quality, authentic signatures
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Keep your profile information accurate and up-to-date
• Not impersonate other creators or individuals

3. Revenue and Payments

Revenue Split: Creators receive 80% of each signature sale, with SignMyProfile retaining a 20% platform fee to cover:

• Payment processing fees
• Platform maintenance and development
• Customer support services
• Fraud prevention and security

Payment Schedule: Earnings are available for withdrawal once they reach the minimum threshold of $50. Payments are processed via Stripe Connect to your linked bank account.

Taxes: You are responsible for all applicable taxes on your earnings. SignMyProfile may be required to report your earnings to tax authorities.

4. Service Pricing and Offerings

You have full control over:

• Setting your own prices for signature services
• Creating multiple service tiers with different features
• Defining delivery timeframes for each service
• Pausing or deactivating services at any time

5. Order Fulfillment

When you receive an order, you must:

• Acknowledge the order within 24 hours
• Complete the signature within the promised delivery time
• Deliver the signature through the platform
• Communicate any delays or issues promptly
• Provide revisions if the signature doesn't meet specifications

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Before Work Begins: Customers can request cancellation, and you should honor reasonable cancellation requests with full refunds.

After Work Begins: If you cannot complete an order, you must issue a full refund. Partial refunds may be appropriate if partial work was completed.

Late Delivery: Significant delays may result in automatic refunds and impact your creator rating.

7. Content Guidelines

You may not create signatures that contain:

• Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
• Explicit sexual or violent content
• Illegal activities or promotion of illegal substances
• Copyrighted material you don't have rights to use
• Misleading or fraudulent information
• Personal information of others without consent

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your signature designs. However, customers receive a license to use the signature on their Steam profile. You grant SignMyProfile the right to display your work in portfolios, marketing materials, and platform showcases.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

SignMyProfile may suspend or terminate your creator account if you:

• Violate this agreement or our Terms of Service
• Receive excessive complaints or negative reviews
• Fail to deliver orders consistently
• Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Provide false information

Upon termination, you will receive any earned funds (minus pending disputes) within 30 days.

10. Verification and Identity

SignMyProfile may verify your identity and credentials at any time. Verified creators receive a verification badge. You must maintain the authenticity of your identity and not impersonate others.

11. Platform Changes

SignMyProfile reserves the right to modify platform features, commission rates, and policies with 30 days notice to creators. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Support and Disputes

If disputes arise with customers, SignMyProfile will attempt to mediate fairly. Our decisions in disputes are final. We provide creator support via email at signmyprofile.info@gmail.com.
