SignMyProfile is a platform that connects fans with verified creators, streamers, and esports players to obtain personalized signatures for their Steam profiles. The Service includes:

• Creator marketplace and discovery
• Signature request and fulfillment system
• Payment processing and escrow services
• User profiles and verification system

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Creator Terms

If you are a creator on the platform, you additionally agree to:

• Provide services as described in your profile
• Deliver signatures within the promised timeframe
• Maintain professional conduct with clients
• Comply with our creator verification requirements
• Accept our commission structure (20% platform fee)

5. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. By making a purchase, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your purchases
• Provide accurate payment information
• Accept our refund policy as outlined separately
• Understand that creators receive 80% of the signature price

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Upload malicious code or harmful content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Circumvent our security measures

7. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service. However, by submitting content, you grant SignMyProfile a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service. You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this license.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your information.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. SignMyProfile does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or availability of signatures provided by creators. We are not responsible for disputes between users and creators, though we may assist in resolution efforts.

10. Limitation of Liability

SignMyProfile shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SignMyProfile operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
